  Meditation is easier than you think. actually you can meditate anywhere, anytime, under any circumstances. It is just awareness. we say that the essence of meditation is awareness. Awareness means, you know what you need are thinking, what you are feeling, what you are doing. that is awareness the knowingness to know, many people think meditation is something very difficult empty your mind do not think of anything concentrate. that is a misunderstanding of meditation. actually, to meditate you do not have to do anything like blocking thought's create a spacial state of mind and be peaceful and calm. thare is no need for that, simply be. as long as you are aware of something and maintain that awareness that is meditation, of course sometimes when we meditate like that lots of thoughts pop up in our mind like our to do lists l have do this I need to talk to that person.   Antarctica it was around 350 bc the Greek philosopher aristotle was among the first people to say that the earth was spherical. at the time the greek's were aware of the arctic regions in the north. they had named it the arctos. the constellation's that we can see in the sky one of them is of the greek bear they were inspired by that constellation and named the arctic region arctos. because they knew that the earth is spherical they knew that the north and south are like mirror image and would have similar features. so they named the unknown southern region Antarctic. it meant antithetical to the bear. the opposite of arctos. and from here the name Antarctic was derived.   It's started!      It was the last college summer. well for most, but not me. I was taking a gap year to focus on my small business at the time. things didn't go as planned, I got a severe burn out and eventually gave up on the whole thing. so I spent the rest of my gap year mostly inside my room distracting myself with video game and feeling like a failure. that was when a two Friend took me out to grab a bite. the said i should go somewhere.
